Terms of Service

Effective 10 October 2026

Your agreement with ACPL

MethodOS is an AI-assisted process documentation service sold by ACPL. By using the service you agree to these terms and contract with ACPL for access to the software. You must be legally able to enter a contract and authorized to act for your organization. Keep account credentials confidential and your account details accurate.

Service and access

MethodOS converts supported transcripts and recordings into draft standard operating procedures, numbered instructions and process diagrams. Access is limited to available capabilities and the selected plan. Provider restrictions, unsupported formats and service availability can limit imports. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; ACPL retains ownership of its software, branding and service documentation.

Payments and subscriptions

MethodOS is sold by ACPL. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; your payment-card details are handled by Stripe under its own terms and never touch our servers. Subscription amounts and billing frequency are shown before checkout, including any taxes calculated for your location. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. Manage invoices, payment methods and cancellation through the billing portal. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Inputs, outputs and AI accuracy

You retain your rights in uploaded inputs and may use generated outputs subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You grant ACPL and its processors permission to process your content solely to deliver and secure the service. You must have rights to all source material and obtain necessary recording permissions. You are responsible for prompts, outputs, and verifying every instruction, screenshot, formula and control before use. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not regulated legal, financial, medical, safety or compliance advice; qualified human oversight is required.

Acceptable use and moderation

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, infringement, harassment, hate speech, deceptive deepfakes, malware, security probing, unauthorized scraping, bypassing source access restrictions, or jailbreaking safety controls. Do not resell access or circumvent technical limits. We may refuse or filter outputs, restrict or remove content, and suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated serious policy violations. Rights holders can report infringement to support@aueron.store; include the material, evidence of rights and contact details. Repeated infringement may result in termination.

Responsibility and changes

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and ACPL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Export important documents before closing your account; contact support about deletion and retained data. We may update these terms and communicate material changes before they apply. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
